    Fish fillet

    Panko breadcrumb
  • 1 pack
    Crispy fried panko
  • 2 egg
     
  • 100gr
    Mayonnaise

Instructions
Fish fillet marinate with salt, pepper, ginger, tumeric.
Coat fish with cornstarch, dip the coated fish fillet into a bowl of beaten egg yolk.
Coat the fillet with panko breadcrumb, gently press the fillet to make the coating sticks.
Gently shake the fillet to get rid of excess crumb.
Deep fry the fish until cooked with straw-yeallow color, crispy & even coat outside.
Drain excess oil, decorate on dish with vegetable, cucumber, chili...
Best eaten with rice, mayonaise sauce.
