    Fresh shrimp

    Panko breadcrumb

    Crispy powder

Instructions
Shrimp wash, separate, leave the tail,  can cut butterfly shape as you like. Crack the egg into a bowl, beat wells.
Coating the shrimp with flour, rolling thoroughly to cover the shrimp. Then, dip the flour-covered body evenly into the bowl of beaten eggs.
Quickly put the shrimp into the breadcrumbs, gently press the dough with your hands to cover it evenly, and stick to the shrimp's body.
Heating the oil to ~180 degrees. Fry shrimp in hot oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. When taking out the shrimp put it on paper to absorb excess oil.
Fried shrimp can be eaten with chili sauce, ketchup, or mayonnaise depending on taste. You can add coriander and herbs to the sauce for more flavor.
